You don’t have to do this alone.

A UK community and coaching programme for people on a medical weight-loss journey — built around real food, real life, and people who get it.

The prescription is the easy part.

You’ve started your treatment. Then the questions begin. What do I actually eat? Why do I feel like this some days? What happens when the weight stops moving? What about the wedding, the family dinner, the takeaway on a Friday?

Most people are handed a treatment and left to work out the rest on their own. That’s where it falls apart — not because you lack willpower, but because nobody gave you a plan or anyone to ask.

A community that gets it

A private group of people at the same stage as you. Ask the awkward questions. Share the wins. Nobody here will tell you to “just eat less.”

A 12-week programme

Short, practical modules covering food, energy, side-effect management, plateaus, eating out, and keeping the results. Watch at your own pace.

Weekly live sessions

A group call every week where you can bring your questions and hear what’s working for others.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you’re already under the care of a prescriber and want support alongside it, you want practical guidance rather than another crash diet, and you’d rather do this with people than on your own.

This isn’t for you if you’re looking for medication or a prescription — we don’t provide either. It’s also not suitable if you’re under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of an eating disorder. Please speak to your GP instead.

Ready to stop doing this alone?

Join the waiting list and we’ll let you know the moment doors open.

MedOrchid provides coaching, education and community support only. We are not a medical service and we do not diagnose, prescribe or supply medication. Always follow the advice of your own prescriber or GP.
